Terms and Conditions

-Minimum age requirement- 21yrs to operate and 25yrs to rent

-Valid drivers license required for rental

-All drivers must sign liability waiver

-All renters must read understand and sign the “Rental Agreement” and “Liability Release Form”

-A mandatory insurance policy of $33 is required- this provides Arizona state minimum coverage-No vehicle damage or bodily injury coverage included in this policy

-All riders must abide by state regulations for riding atv trails in Arizona

-Day rental time begins at agreed reservation time and will last no more than 7 hours.

-Arrive 15 minutes early the day of rental to review policy/procedure and instruction.

-Late return fee of $50/hour

-Ride at your own risk

-Payment Using: Major Credit Card / Debit Card

Cancellation Policy

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund. After 72 hours the rental deposit will be deemed non-refundable, however, with a minimum 48 hour advance notice we will allow you to make up your reservation for up to 3 months.

Damage Deposit- Upon vehicle pick up (day of rental), a $2500 hold is placed via credit card. This will only be used if there is damage to the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned free of any damage the credit card hold will be removed.

We release damage deposits after a routine company vehicle inspection- usually within 24hrs. If vehicle damage is found, a more thorough inspection of the vehicle may be performed by a third party which could delay process.

Renters are 100% responsible for any vehicle damage while in their possession. Please return your vehicle in the condition it was received..
