Renters may pick up vehicles from one of our 3 distribution locations in Gold Canyon, Queen Valley, and Florence which can be determined at time of reservation.

A Arizona state minimum policy of $18/day is required for renters. This policy does not offer bodily injury or cover vehicle damage. It allows the renter to drive on and off road legally in designated areas. Renters are 100% responsible for the vehicle while the vehicle is in their possession. It is "ride at your own risk" activity.
The minimum age to rent is 25 and 21 operate our equipment. Passengers under 18 are allowed with written parental consent.
Rentals including deposits can only be paid using credit card -Visa/MasterCard along with a valid drivers license.
Yes, a valid state license is required prior to renting all vehicles.
As of August 2016, a motorcycle license is no longer required for slingshot rental.
Yes, there is a "rental deposit" or "reservation deposit" due at the time the reservation is made. It is equal to the value of the rental. This is fully refundable with a 72 hour advance cancellation notice.
There is a "Damage Deposit" of $2500 that is processed just prior to the rental. This charge will show up as a pending transaction on the credit card and will be released upon the vehicles safe return.
Our atv/utv rentals include a helmet, and eye protection. Rentals are also delivered clean with a full tank of gas. The only thing required by state law is eye protection (unless under 18 yrs of age) of which a helmet is mandatory as well.
Passengers under the age of 18 must have written parental consent and a signed liability waiver prior to rental.

Renting from our Queen Valley or Florence location would be recommended as Gold Canyon ATV Rental now offers UTV rentals convenient trail access to Montana Mountain and Box Canyon Trails. Nearby areas include: Florence, Queen Valley, Mesa, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley and the greater Phoenix areas.
You may pick up your rental as early as 8am and must return it no later than 4:30pm. Pick up and drop off times should be predetermined prior to departure to avoid any confusion.
The rental should be returned in the condition it was received- clean and full of gas.
Queen Valley: Fuel Only- limited cleaning resources. (excessive mud cleaning fee may apply).
Florence: Return Vehicle Clean and Full of Gas.

Yes, It is imperative that the drop off is coordinated prior to your departure in order to have a representative at receiving location. This will be verified prior to departure with representative.
There are many things to think about before going out on your adventure. What to bring will depend on the time of year but here is a few necessities: water (carry a minimum of 1gallon/person/day), food, toilet paper, trash bags, sunblock, insect repellent, loose fitting light colored clothing, hat, cell phone, gps or map, camera....
The owner of the card must be present in order to use the card.
We now assist in arranging Guided Trail Rides.
Loose fitting and light colored clothes are recommended. Its better to have to much than not enough. Layering your clothes is a good idea as you can always remove what you don't need.
No, all rentals must stay in the state of Arizona.
A class III hitch is required for towing, you will need a 2" ball, and a 4 pin light adapter is needed to provide the trailer with the lights that are required by law.
