An Arizona state minimum policy of $33/day is required for renters. This policy does not offer bodily injury or cover vehicle damage. It allows the renter to drive on and off road legally in designated areas. Renters are 100% responsible for the vehicle while the vehicle is in their possession.  It is a "ride at your own risk" activity.

The minimum age to rent is 25 and 21 operate our equipment. Passengers under 18 are allowed with written parental consent.

Rentals, including deposits, can only be paid using a credit card and valid drivers license.

Yes, a valid state license is required prior to renting all vehicles.
As of August 2016, a motorcycle license is no longer required for slingshot rental.

There is a "Damage Deposit" of $2500 per unit, that is processed the night before the rental. This charge will show up as a pending transaction on the credit card and will be released upon the vehicles safe return.

Helmets, Goggles and a Map will be provided. Arizona Law requires any passenger under 18 years old to wear a helmet however all passengers must have eye protection.

Passengers under the age of 18 must have written parental consent and a signed liability waiver prior to rental.

All charges (rental costs, damage deposits) must be paid with a Credit Card.

No problem, our Superior and Florence locations offer trail access to Montana Mountain and Box Canyon (No truck or trailer needed).

You may pick up your rental as early as 9:00am and must return it no later than 4:00pm.  Pick up and drop off times should be predetermined prior to departure to avoid any confusion.  A late fee of $50/hour will be accessed for every hour the vehicle is returned late past the predetermined time.

Florence:

Cleaning:

A $25 cleaning fee will be added to the cost of each rental.  A cleaning fee of $50 will be added to vehicles that require additional cleaning due to excessive mud. 

Fuel:

It is the responsibility of each renter to fill up each vehicle with gas prior to return.  A $25 fee will be added to the rental cost if the vehicle is returned without being topped off.

Trailer Pick Ups:

Renters are responsible for bringing back vehicles clean and full of gas.  A $50 fee will be assessed otherwise.  Excessive mud cleaning fee of $50 will be added to vehicles that require additional cleaning.

We currently offer drive off the lot trail access in Florence(Box Canyon)

Our primary location for this season is in Superior, AZ (10 minutes past the turnoff to Queen Valley and I60).  Our distribution center in Florence, AZ will have a limited inventory.  Advance notice is required and is based on availability.

Yes- It is recommended. However, we will do our best to accommodate any situation.

Both Superior and Florence locations will have someone on site during scheduled rental hours unless notified otherwise.  All reservations can be made by calling 480-426-9611.

There are many things to think about before going out on your adventure. What to bring will depend on the time of year but here is a few necessities: Water - Snacks - Sunblock - Extra layers of clothing - Closed toe shoes - Cell Phone - Camera. 

The owner of the card must be present in order to use the card.

We now assist in arranging Guided Trail Rides.

Loose fitting and light colored clothes are recommended.  Its better too have to much than not enough.  Layering your clothes is a good idea as you can always remove what you don't need. Closed toe shoes!

No, all rentals must stay in the state of Arizona.

A class III hitch is required for towing, you will need a 2" ball, and a 4 pin light adapter is needed to provide the trailer with the lights that are required by law.
